What are Printables? TOP Why is it that you ask for my address when I am having my items emailed to me? TOP Great question! The address/City/State/Zip fields are required due to credit card verification reasons. You can be assured that we will not use your address for any other purpose. For some reason the product I ordered won't open on my computer...Help! TOP Check to make sure you have Adobe Reader 6.0 or newer on your computer. Adobe Reader comes already installed on just about every computer. If you don't have it, or need an updated version - click on this link ---> Adobe Reader (don't worry, it's fast - easy - and FREE) If you are still having trouble you can always contact us and we will help you out :) Can I customize the printables with my own message? TOP Do you accept Credit Cards? TOP Yes. We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal. Do I need any special kind of software to purchase your products? TOP The only thing you will need is Adobe 8.0 or newer. Adobe Reader comes already installed on just about every computer. If you don't have it, or need an updated version - click on this link --- Adobe Reader (don't worry, it's fast - easy - and FREE) How come I never received an email with my download links after I made my purchase? TOP Some email hosting programs filter out emails from unknown sources to get rid of spam. You should Whitelist our domain name: PrintItBaby.com Which tells your email provider that it is okay to receive emails from us. You do this by logging into your email and clicking on 'Options' or 'Account info' (or similar wording-each provider has different lingo) and adding our email address to your Safe List. This will allow PrintItBaby.com to email you :) To help alleviate the problem, we have started giving you your links as soon as your order is processed by taking you to a download page - and we also send them in an email. What is the best kind of paper to print on? TOP Our printables look best on Matte Heavyweight Photo Paper or 110 lb white card stock (found at office supply stores) For games: regular white copy paper is just fine - you can also use white card stock if you prefer Do you offer refunds if I order and am not satisfied? TOP We sure do...just contact us within 59 days of your purchase and we will refund your money...no questions asked. Just be sure to include your full name. After I ordered, the email said the link to my product will expire in 2 days...I thought we had lifetime use? TOP You do...simply save the PDF file to your computer or a disc after opening it and then it's yours to keep. But be sure to save it. If you try to click on your purchase link after 2 days, it will no longer work. (But if you forgot to save the file and are really really sad about it, drop us an email with your name and order number and we'll send you a new one- shhh, don't tell) For security reasons, we have designed the links to expire after approximately 2 days. My home printer is old and doesn't print that great...any suggestions? TOP All of our products have been designed to print at the highest quality, but if you are not happy with the results from your home computer - A great solution is to zip on over to your local print shop (any office supply store or copy/shipping store) and have them print them for you. All you have to do is save the file to a disc and bring it in to them - or attach it in an email and email to either the store (call and get their email address), or to your own email address (if you can access it remotely.) They can print directly from their computer to their color copy machine. Can I print onto label paper? TOP I have a Mac computer, is there anything that I should do differently when printing my labels? TOP How do I change the Font Size on the water bottle labels and favor tags?
